Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager/Head of Marketing & Communication, you will develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Senior IT Assurance Executive / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with respective IT units for incident and problem management. Ensure that incidents are documented on IT service management system with appropriate escalation to management.
  • Perform risk monitoring on technology risk incidents and ensure all gaps are addressed within the stipulated time.
  • Assist the Head of Department to coordinate any responsibilities the Manager holds in the event of a business continuity exercise.
  • Work with IT audit for internal and external compliance assessments. Ensure sufficient quality to support closure of regulatory or audit items.
  • Provide coordination facilitation and intelligence as needed for all IT regulatory compliance activities (i.e. conducting compliance testing to ensure IT units operate within governing policies and procedures).
  • Conduct IT change management meeting to ensure that all required testing has been performed before live implementation approval.  Ensure that all implementation process are properly documented and in accordance with the Company policy.
