Get details on accessing and administering your account

A daily activity statement will be sent to you either via email or to your mailing address depending on your indicated preference during account opening. To change the preferred method of receiving your daily statement, please contact our Marketing Desk at (65) 6538 0500. 

POEMS Users can view your account details via POEMS (log in to POEMS)> Futures or Forex/Gold > Account > Financial Summary.

You may submit your latest particulars online through POEMS
Login to POEMS → FUTURES or FOREX/GOLD → ACCOUNTS → ACCT MGMT → Update Particulars

Alternatively, you can also download the Update of Particulars Form, complete it and email/fax it back to us via:

For updating of residential or mailing address, please provide a copy of documentary proof (e.g. front and back of your updated NRIC or latest bill / statement).

Please come down to our main office and approach our Marketing staff for the change of signature form. The new authorised signature is to be physically witnessed by one of our staff; hence we do not accept fax/scan copies. Please bring along your NRIC or passport for verification.

If you are residing overseas, do email futures@phillip.com.sg for the official Change in Signature form, complete and mail the original back to us. Please include your NRIC/Passport copy which is certified by a Notary Public or a Staff of Phillip Group (copy must bear the representative Phillip Group Network Company Stamp)

You will be notified of the higher Margin Call amount to top up. If you are unable to top-up the account by the specified time, Phillip Futures reserves the right to liquidate your position(s) without further notice in our attempt to bring your Equity Balance above the Initial Margin level.

In the event that we do liquidate your position(s) on your behalf, the trading access will be temporarily disabled to prevent duplication of trades.

Liquidation is based on best efforts basis, in the event where your account’s equity balance is lower than the initial margin after liquidation at the close of business day, the account will continue to have a Margin Call.
